About Andy James
Andy James is a British guitarist who began playing guitar at the age of 12. James was formerly part of the Heavy Metal band Sacred Mother Tongue (2004 - 2013) who performed at major festivals such as Download Festival and Sonisphere Festival. He has also been in Fields of the Nephilim (2013 - 2015) and Butcher Babies (2020). James has also released five solo albums, is a contributor to licklibrary.com and runs the Andy James Academy offering a variety of members only guitar lessons and masterclasses. James' first appearance with 5FDP came in 2020 when he filled in for Jason Hook on the bands MegadeathpunchTour in the UK and Europe before being made an official member in October 2020. The first single James appears on with 5FDP is Broken World on the bands recent A Decade of Destruction Volume 2 album.
